Loft Style Living design and modern tropical pool villas

Environmentally friendly

The villa aims to be one of the most environmentally friendly and sustainable developments in the country and at the same time offer the perfect combination of technologies and design for a community. Each house comes with integrated solar panel systems that are all connected to each other called a smart grid, which means the solar energy is shared and transferred between houses to maximize efficiency. This will be a brand new electrical system never before used in Thailand for residential purposes.

Other features such as central heat pumps for hot water and gas usage for hobs and stoves. A unique dehumidifier system is installed in each villa to keep all wardrobes, closets, and bedrooms free of fungus and smells if the villas are left unused for extended periods of time, without the need of running air conditioning systems or forced ventilation.

An abundance of open space and tasteful industrial elements. The villas are edgy designed homes with staircases extending right over the integrated swimming pool. These are great spaces to entertain friends and family. Voluminous green space and garden with a large planter box even on the second-floor sundeck, you will feel a part of nature wherever you go. It will also give you total privacy. The common area is full of green space and small creeks with charming steel bridges leading to the villas in the project. These help absorb heat for the whole development and give serene scenery at the same time.
